FTO Instructor Pay. A Bargaining Unit employee who is FTO-qualified shall receive a premium pay of 5% of regular wages for time in conducting scheduled training classes. The State shall pay the expenses reasonably incurred by a Correctional Officer in obtaining and maintaining certification as a FTO, when the officer is appointed and serves as an FTO.
