Full-time and OTFTRelief. The Employer shall provide quarterly the following data for each unit/facility/agency: • Permanent vacant positionsOvertime hours and wage-driven premiums • Predictable absences (vacation leaves, Statutory Holidays, Professional Development) • Sick leave/ WCB/ LTD • Temporary excess workloadHours worked by casual employees The Employer shall review the above referenced data, at minimum, annually in collaboration with the Local. Where areas of concern are identified, the parties will meet and review such concerns. Positions which have been identified as those that can be regularly scheduled on a continuing basis shall be posted. Such relief Employee(s) shall be given orientation and training for certifiable skills for each Unit and/or Facility they shall be relieving at prior to providing such relief. It is agreed the Employer shall first consolidate work in a single Unit. Except in extenuating circumstances an Employee shall not be required to report to more than two Units or Facilities on any given shift/workday. Insofar as possible such positions shall be full-time and encompass similar services or programs.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.
