– Full–Time Employee Holiday Pay. Permanent and probationary employees will receive pay equivalent to the employee’s work shift on the holiday. For operational convenience or necessity, the College, with prior notice, may switch groups of employees from an alternate work schedule to a regular work schedule during the week of the holiday.
