Full-time Employee Vacation Entitlement. Employees who have not completed their probationary period as of December 31st, will receive four (4%) of their earnings during the vacation year. Employees who have completed their probation period as of the vacation cutoff date will be granted one (1) day vacation leave for each month of service to a maximum of ten (10) calendar days.
