Common use of Full Time Union Leave Clause in Contracts

Full Time Union Leave. Any employee who is selected to a full time union position will be granted a leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority to fill the term of office. The employee shall be allowed to continue with all benefit plans and shall pay the full premiums of these plans. The term can be extended by mutual agreement.
