Common use of Full Year Service Clause in Contracts

Full Year Service. For the purpose of vacation entitlement, ten (10), ten and one half (10.5) and eleven (11) month employees will be considered to have worked a full year subject to Clause 12.09 – Reduction of Entitlement.
