Function and tasks. It is the duty of the shop xxxxxxx and the employer and its representative to endeavour to prevent disputes and promote cooperation between the parties at the enterprise. The shop xxxxxxx represents the employees eligible to vote. In local negotiations, both the shop xxxxxxx and management must be authorised to conclude agreements that are binding on all employees. If the shop xxxxxxx is not able to negotiate a satisfactory solution with management, the shop xxxxxxx is entitled to ask his or her organisation to settle the case; however, work must not be interrupted pending the consideration of the case by the organisa- tions. The shop xxxxxxx must, as agreed with the enterprise, have a job from which he or she may be summoned if required. The shop xxxxxxx must perform his or her duties as shop xxxxxxx with the least possible inconvenience to his or her work. When the shop xxxxxxx has to leave his or her work to perform duties as shop xxxxxxx, the shop xxxxxxx must notify management immediately. The organisations agree that the shop xxxxxxx must be kept informed of appointments and dismissals as well as of overtime at the enterprise. It is recommended that the local parties prepare guidelines for this. At enterprises that have not acceded to the framework agreement concerning develop- ment of methods and piecework, quarterly wage statistics are delivered to the shop xxxxxxx. Shop stewards must be given the necessary access to IT facilities, including Internet ac- cess, to be able to perform their duties. In addition, the organisations recommend that a local agreement be drafted on the physical framework for the performance of the duties of shop stewards in order to en- sure that consideration is being had to the cooperation at the enterprise.

  • EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF BIDS 29.1 The Employer will evaluate and compare only the Bids determined to be substantially responsive in accordance with Clause 26. 29.2 In evaluating the Bids, the Employer will determine for each Bid the evaluated Bid Price by adjusting the Bid Price as follows: (a) Making any correction for errors pursuant to Clause 27; or (b) Making an appropriate adjustments for any other acceptable variations, deviations; and (c) Making appropriate adjustments to reflect discounts or other price modifications offered in accordance with Sub Clause 22.5. 29.3 The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any variation, deviation, or alternative offer. After evaluation of the price analyses, the Employer may require that the amount of the performance security set forth in Clause 34 be increased at the expense of the successful Bidder to a level sufficient to protect the Employer against financial loss in the event of default of the successful Bidder under the Contract. 30.   • Documentation and compliance (a) The data importer shall promptly and adequately deal with enquiries from the data exporter that relate to the processing under these Clauses. (b) The Parties shall be able to demonstrate compliance with these Clauses. In particular, the data importer shall keep appropriate documentation on the processing activities carried out on behalf of the data exporter. (c) The data importer shall make available to the data exporter all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in these Clauses and at the data exporter’s request, allow for and contribute to audits of the processing activities covered by these Clauses, at reasonable intervals or if there are indications of non-compliance. In deciding on a review or audit, the data exporter may take into account relevant certifications held by the data importer.

The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards. 2. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies as the courses outlined in the Hill College catalog. B. Approved courses being taught for dual credit must follow the approved master syllabus of the discipline and of Hill College. C. Textbooks should be identical to those approved for use by Hill College. Should an instructor propose an alternative textbook, the textbook must be approved in advance by the appropriate instructional department of Hill College and the Vice President of Instruction. Faculty, who are responsible for teaching dual credit/concurrent classes, are responsible for keeping appropriate records, certifying census date rosters, providing interim grade reports, certifying final grade reports at the end of the semester, certifying attendance, and providing other reports and information as may be required by Hill College and/or the School District.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.
