Functional Data. Tripwire may use the Functional Data to optimize and improve its products and services, support Customer’s use of the Service, or to support the operation of Tripwire’s business. To the extent that Functional Data is retained after the termination of this Agreement and includes any Customer Data, any such Customer Data will be de-identified so as to not include the identity of Customer, Customer personnel, or Customer assets. Tripwire only provides access to Functional Data to authorized third parties for the purpose of operating or improving Tripwire products and services, consistent with Tripwire’s privacy policy, information security policy, and applicable customer contracts.

Functional Data. The Contractor must report the need for assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) annually for all Enrollees by age and gender. This data will be collected in accordance with the Minimum Data Set (MDS), and will include the number of Enrollees per 1,000 needing limited assistance and number of Enrollees per 1,000 needing extensive or total assistance with:
Functional Data. Data and data elements collected by NetApp Software systems configuration which, as applicable, pertains to the Software environment, usage or performance of Software and components managed by Software, or which is generated as a result of NetApp providing Cloud Data Services, which informs NetApp in the development, deployment, operations, maintenance, and securing of such Services. Functional Data does not contain Customer Information (as defined in Exhibit C) or Personal Information.

  • Processing Personal Data 40.1. The Company is the data controller in the relevant jurisdiction. You hereby acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of personal data provided by you in connection with the opening of a trading account for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and for administering the relationship between you and us.

  • Personal Data Registry Operator shall (i) notify each ICANN-­‐accredited registrar that is a party to the registry-­‐registrar agreement for the TLD of the purposes for which data about any identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) submitted to Registry Operator by such registrar is collected and used under this Agreement or otherwise and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and (ii) require such registrar to obtain the consent of each registrant in the TLD for such collection and use of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Sensitive data Where the transfer involves personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, or data relating to criminal convictions and offences (hereinafter ‘sensitive data’), the data importer shall apply the specific restrictions and/or additional safeguards described in Annex I.B.

The School shall ensure each employee receiving State benefits qualifies for such benefits.
