Functional Reporting. Upon mutual agreement as to the procedures and form thereof, PROVIDER may engage in Functional Reporting, which agreement shall be placed in writing and appended to this Agreement.

Functional Reporting. As a part of his duties Employee shall make such reports and supply information and assistance to the Board to enable the Board to carry out its duties, and shall make all such necessary reports to external persons or agencies as are necessary to comply with the law, to carry out Board Policy, and to carry on the efficient operation of the District.
Functional Reporting refers to an agreed-upon alternative means of “transferring” PSWP to CR-PSO. A Functional Reporting arrangement may leave PSWP in the physical possession of Participating Facility, with CR-PSO having a right of access to the PSWP as needed to process and analyze the information, as further described in the Preamble to the Regulations (at 73 Federal Register, pp. 70740- 70741).

These reports must include the time period covered, the name and Federal Employer Identification Number of each business enterprise utilized during the period, commodities and contractual services provided by the business enterprise, and the amount paid to the business enterprise on behalf of each agency purchasing under the Contract.
