FUNCTIONAL TEST. The Functional Test for a Disk System will take place within a 24 hour period starting on the next Working Day after the Contractor has declared the Machine(s) ready for Acceptance Tests. During the Functional Test it will be verified that the Specification and Performance Criteria, including those related to High Availability of the Disk System, are met. This will be followed by a 30 day Reliability Test which will start on the next Working Day after successful completion of the Functional Test.
FUNCTIONAL TEST. Each shipment shall be accompanied by a legible copy of actual test results for the Functional Test. Reported results must be identifiable with test parameters, specifications, and material(s) to product(s) delivered. Reports must bear the date and signature of a responsible representative of the agency performing the test(s). The specifications must be listed, including the revision letter(s) or revision number(s). When parts are serialized, serial numbers must appear on the report(s).
FUNCTIONAL TEST. Execution – Invite the District to all functional tests. Witness functional test script execution on site and document the results. All commissioned systems with the project scope shall be tested (no sampling). Create site reports and keep an issues log of all items that require resolution. Witness one retest at no additional cost. Revisit the site to complete seasonal testing as necessary and document in the commissioning plan.
FUNCTIONAL TEST. The visit is finalized by a functional test verifying that all functions of the equipment work as expected.
FUNCTIONAL TEST. CONTRACTOR shall verify that the data uploaded to the FTP server and that the data is downloaded from FTP server and captured into TEMIS Central database.
FUNCTIONAL TEST. COUNTY will open TEMIS Central database on each TEMIS Central Site workstation and attempt to enter test data into the data fields of an empty database. One (1) patient record will be entered into each workstation for each data type (LA Fire-Rescue, LA Base LANCET H-212780-4 EX.A ATT.C.1 V.07 (08-13-2010).DOC and LA Trauma), leading to a total of twenty-seven (27) patient records in TEMIS Central database.
FUNCTIONAL TEST. CONTRACTOR shall have each Field Site scan three (3) completed scannable EMS Patient Care Records (PCR).
FUNCTIONAL TEST. CONTRACTOR shall have each Field Site electronic data capture device complete three (3) EMS patient care records.
FUNCTIONAL TEST. The functional test of each individual equipment shall cover:
1. The Contractor shall execute the functional test for individual equipment under full operational conditions according to the designed procedures and specifications.
2. The Contractor in the presence of the hospital staff in charge shall execute the functional test of the equipment.
3. All equipment shall be installed and functionally tested within 18 (eighteen) months after the Effective Date.
FUNCTIONAL TEST. The Supplier will implement the Functional Test plan/Program provided by Intel for the specific line item products. Intel will reserve the right to modify the test procedure/program at the Supplier's location if necessary to meet DPM goals at no additional cost to Intel. All product that has been subjected to rework or repair during any phase of the assembly operation, will receive a complete functional test to ensure acceptability; even if it was subjected to functional test prior to the rework.
