Funding and Resourcing. Co-delivering nature conservation and restoration projects to the high standard to which the parties aspire, will require the commitment of significant financial and human resources over a prolonged period of time. The parties agree to work together to source funding for the capital and current expenditure associated with the collaborative projects. The parties will explore public, private and blended finance options within existing and emerging nature finance sectors. The parties agree to create a project fund that is sufficient to service the capital and current expenditures associated with the collaborative project over a rolling multi-year period (time horizon to be agreed) and thereby create the conditions necessary to attract, develop and retain the capacity and capability required for the delivery of the nature conservation and restoration projects to the highest standards.

Funding and Resourcing. (a) The obligations of Parties under this Agreement are subject to the satisfactory resolution of the financial arrangements for the National Regulatory System through the Ministerial Council, including further analysis of the infrastructure costs of the National Regulatory System. (b) Funding arrangements will be reviewed periodically and endorsed by Ministers. (c) The National Law may provide for the payment of fees and other charges in relation to registration.
Funding and Resourcing. 1. In the event for whatever reason the CLG Funding is reclaimed by or required to be repaid to CLG, each Party will contribute to any shortfall of funding which is necessary to meet any other obligations or liabilities which have been incurred prior to such reclaim or repayment accordance with its Respective Shares and the Lead Authority shall on behalf of the Project Board be entitled to recover such contributions from the other Parties as a debt. 2. The Parties undertake to consider whether to provide such additional financial support to the Project as the HHC Board unanimously considers necessary from time to time and in accordance with this Agreement. Such additional financial support will be provided by the Parties in their Respective Shares. In the event that a Party or Parties refuse to provide such additional financial support the HHC Board shall either determine that the Party or Parties shall be deemed to have withdrawn from this Agreement or that this Agreement should be terminated. The Parties will each pay their own costs and expenses incurred in relation to the on-going licensing, maintenance and management of the Services once the System has been implemented.
Funding and Resourcing. If one Party does not pay all or part of its contribution to cash funding as agreed to in any year by the Ministerial Council, the other Parties may consider termination of this Agreement under Part 8 although they would not be obliged to do so. Other options that the Parties may consider in these circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
