Fundraising Goals and Benchmarks. In consideration of the compensation provided to Foundation by the University and Health Center under the terms of the Operating Agreement and this SOW, the Foundation, consistent with its mission, agrees as follows: The Foundation will continue its efforts to increase total private gift revenue toward an annual target of seventy million dollars ($70M) in new gifts and commitments for the University (inclusive of support for the Health Center), by June 30, 2015, such amount to be calculated in accordance with the Foundation’s reasonably established gift counting policy, as amended from time to time. The Foundation will emphasize increasing strategic donor engagement across the University, including the Health Center and Athletics, and assist the UConn Law School Foundation to support front-line fundraising and direct response.
