Furniture and Appliances. The said premises is having the Furniture and Appliances mentioned in the Schedule II. The licensee shall maintain the said Furniture and Appliances in the said premises in its existing condition and damage, if any, caused to the said Furniture and Appliances, the same shall be repaired by the Licensee/s at its own cost subject to normal wear and tear
Furniture and Appliances. ☐ - In addition to the space described, the Landlord agrees to allow the use of the following Furniture and Appliances: ☐ - No Furniture or Appliances included in this Monthly Rental Agreement. Tenant agrees to take possession “As-Is.”
Furniture and Appliances a. Furniture is provided by the Landlord as part of the lease.
b. Tenants are expected to keep all provided items inside the apartment during the lease term. Furniture is not permitted on any porch, balcony or other outdoor area.
c. Changes to furniture must be requested and approved in writing at the Rental Office, within five days of key pick up. Only one request per apartment is permitted. Consult with any roommates prior to requesting any changes. No changes to provided appliances are allowed.
d. Mattress/Box spring sets may not be separated. See Housekeeping and Decoration section for important information about mattress covers for your mattress and box spring.
e. Due to heavy volume of requests during move-in periods, furniture removal requests may be delayed.
f. Furniture may only be removed by Ithaca Renting Company Staff.
g. If you plan to have furniture removed, please notify the office in advance of your lease start in order to facilitate removal.
h. After the five day grace period, if there is any additional exchange, addition or removal of furniture during the term of the lease, there will be a $50 per item fee (exception- chairs $25 each) as a moving and storage fee.
i. All furniture removal requests must be approved at the discretion of management. Subtenants may not request furniture removal.
j. Appliances may not be removed.
k. If any furniture is removed from the unit, it will not be returned during the lease. This includes during any sublets.
l. Additional furniture beyond the standard provided items is not available during the term of your lease.
m. You may bring any of your own additional furniture that will fit into the apartment and not block the exit areas.
n. STUDIO Apartment Furniture provided: Full size bed set, including mattress, box spring, frame. Dresser, bookshelf, desk, dining table, 2 chairs.
o. ONE BEDROOM AND LARGER Apartment Furniture provided: Living Room- Sofa/3 person couch, Easy Chair/1 person couch, Coffee Table, End Table, Dining Table, Dining Chairs. Each Bedroom- Full size bed set, including mattress, box spring, frame. Dresser, bookshelf, desk, desk chair.
p. Appliances provided in all apartments- refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven.
q. COLLEGETOWN CENTER additional appliances provided- Dishwasher, 1 Air Conditioner per room.
Furniture and Appliances. All equipment, appliances, furniture, and amenities in the Premises are to be used for the purposes intended and in accordance with any instructions provided. Tenants shall maintain such equipment, appliances, furniture, and amenities in good working order. Alteration of any Landlord supplied furnishings is strictly prohibited without Landlord’s written consent. No major appliances may be installed or stored in the Premises without Landlord’s written consent. Tenants are not permitted to remove any Landlord supplied furnishings from the Premises. If any furnishings are found missing, damaged, stained, broken, or worn beyond normal wear and tear, Landlord shall replace the same at Tenants’ cost. Landlord shall have the option to replace the furnishings immediately or upon termination of the Lease. Landlord supplied furniture is as shown on “Exhibit A”. Deposit amount is carried forward from previous agreement - It is clarified that, this agreement is in continuation with previous agreement and hence the deposit amount mentioned is carried forward from previous agreement and no new or additional deposit is given by licensee to licensor.
Furniture and Appliances. The University or Provider will provide appropriate furniture and appliances for the Studentʼs assigned bed space and common areas.
a. The Student may not add any furniture or appliances, which would obstruct an exit path, door or window, interfere with the use of shared spaces by other students, or create any safety or other hazard. Only bunk beds, or lofts provided by the University or Provider are permitted.
b. Furniture may not be removed without the prior written approval from the University or Provider.
c. Only refrigerators provided by the University or its approved vendor are permitted in residence halls.

If any furnishings are found missing, damaged, stained, broken, or worn beyond normal wear and tear, Landlord shall replace the same at Tenants’ cost. Landlord shall have the option to replace the furnishings immediately or upon termination of the Lease. Landlord supplied furniture is as shown on “Exhibit A”. Furniture and Appliances. The Lessor shall, during the terms of this Lease, provide the Lessee with the stairwell credenza, boardroom table and chairs, and refrigerator, all of which are presently located in the Premises.
