Company Staff. It is agreed that under no circumstances and / or at no point of time any Company Staff shall be or construed to be the employees of IDBI Bank.

Company Staff. The Company shall assign personnel to perform operations on the Facilities on such Days and during such hours that MSW is being delivered, treated and disposed of on the premises. The Company shall ensure that a sufficient number of its personnel or those of its subcontractors with the necessary qualifications, expertise and experience most appropriate to provide the Services are on duty at the Facilities in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice and the Operating Standards and Procedures.
Company Staff. The Company shall maintain an adequate staff, trained for, with experience in, and, licensed or certified, if required, to perform the Company’s obligations under this Agreement.
Company Staff. (a) The Company shall ensure that a sufficient number of its personnel or those of its subcontractors with the necessary qualifications, expertise and experience most appropriate to operate the New ICT Services and Facilities are on duty on the Days and during the hours needed to meet the Service Level Agreements and as called for by Prudent Utility Practice. Such operation shall include the performance of regular data and system backups, periodic batch processing, disaster recovery processes and capacity monitoring and planning. (b) It is understood that staff provided by the Company for the purpose of performing all services under this Agreement are the employees of the Company or its subcontractors, and under no circumstances will be considered employees of the Agency.

Company Staff. The Company shall provide the Group with the various categories of personnel, on the terms and at the rates, as specified in the Statement of Work, and shall designate a Company project manager (the "Company Project Manager") for the implementation and performance of the Services. The Company Project Manager shall act as a liaison between Company and the Group for all matters related to this Agreement and the Statement of Work and shall have overall responsibility for ensuring Company's performance of its responsibilities and obligations as set forth in this Agreement and in the Statement of Work. All costs and expenses associated with providing, equipping and retaining Company staff and other personnel is included within the Fees, including, without limitation, all wages (including overtime payments), benefits of employment, applicable payroll taxes, and all associated staffing costs such as training and education, office supplies, PC refreshment, travel and lodging costs and recruiting and relocation expenses.

Company Staff. Client acknowledges that Company has invested significant time and other resources in the initial and subsequent training of its staff. Client also acknowledges that Company's staff, due to their positions of trust, have had access to Trade Secrets and Confidential Information of Company. Therefore, in order to protect Company’s legitimate business interests and assets, during the Term of this Agreement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months following its expiration or termination for any reason whatsoever (“Non-Solicitation Period”), Client shall not: (i) employ, hire, or otherwise retain, or (ii) recruit, solicit or otherwise attempt to retain, either on its own behalf or on behalf of any third party any person who was Company’s staff at any time during the Term of this Agreement.

  • B4 Key Personnel The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All persons, corporations, or other legal entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States. The following requirements shall apply in addition to the requirements of Appendix B, section 42, Employees, Subcontractors and Agents, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User:

  • Reporting Company Status The Company is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Nevada, and has the requisite corporate power to own its properties and to carry on its business as now being conducted. The Company is duly qualified as a foreign corporation to do business and is in good standing in each jurisdiction where the nature of the business conducted or property owned by it makes such qualification necessary other than those jurisdictions in which the failure to so qualify would not have a material and adverse effect on the business, operations, properties, prospects or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Company. The Company has registered its Common Stock pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).

  • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees.   • ARTISTES AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State. 2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsperson in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsperson himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsperson are exercised.

  • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html . The service interval for the return of a Manual LMUSI is three (3) business days. Manual LMUSIs are not subject to expedite requests. This service interval is distinct from the interval applied to the subsequent service order.

  • Supplier’s Staff 3.3.1 Access to the Premises shall be limited to such Staff and the Supplier’s suppliers as are necessary for the Supplier to fulfil its obligations under the Contract. The Supplier shall co-operate with others working on the Premises to such extent as the Authority may reasonably require. 3.3.2 The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, the Premises:- (a) for any member of the Staff; or (b) for any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff, whose admission or continued presence would be, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, undesirable. 3.3.3 At the Authority’s written request, the Supplier shall provide a list of the names and business addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably request. 3.3.4 The Supplier’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or outside those premises. 3.3.5 If the Supplier fails to comply with Clause 3.3.3 within one (1) Month of the date of the request and in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, such failure may be prejudicial to the interests of the Crown, then the Authority may terminate the Contract, provided always that such termination shall not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy which shall have accrued or shall thereafter accrue to the Authority. 3.3.6 The decision of the Authority as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Premises and as to whether the Supplier has failed to comply with Clause 3.3.3 shall be final and conclusive.

  • Company Status The Company is a corporation duly formed and validly existing under the general laws of the State of Maryland, with all requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out its obligations hereunder.
