Further procedures for meetings. Subject to all other provisions contained in this deed, the Trustee may without the consent of the Noteholders of a Trust or any Class prescribe such further regulations regarding the holding of meetings of the Noteholders of a Trust or any Class of Noteholders and attendance and voting at such meetings as the Trustee may with the agreement of the Trust Manager determine including particularly (but without prejudice to the generality of the above) such regulations and requirements as the Trustee thinks reasonable: (a) (entitlement to vote) so as to satisfy itself that persons who purport to attend or vote at any meeting of the Noteholders of a Trust or any Class of Noteholders are entitled to do so in accordance with this deed; and (b) (forms of Representative) as to the form of appointment of a Representative, but the Trustee may not decrease the percentage of Noteholders required to pass an Extraordinary Resolution or an ordinary resolution.   • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.
