Further Stakeholder and Community Engagement. If and as requested by the DVP, we would present the conceptual designs to others, including representatives of the Downtown business and property owners and developers, representatives of the DRC, Planning Commission and/or City Council, or at some point an open public workshop. We would expect that all such meetings & workshops would be virtual via Zoom. However, with restrictions being lifted in mid-June, we may once again look at pop-up events as a very effective form of engagement.

Further Stakeholder and Community Engagement. Such services may prove necessary or useful in the Exploration Phase of work, and/or in the Execution Phase. If and as requested by City staff, we would assist the City in presenting the work in progress to stakeholder groups, City boards and commission and Council, and potentially in an additional public workshop. Such forums might be limited to the Citywide work or might include some elements of the Downtown and Citywide work, as the City and DVP prefer. Focused meetings with restaurant patrons, business owners, servers, city staff, and others could provide great insight in the development of the outdoor dining design concepts and toolkit. We suggest organizing several focused and facilitated discussions to dig deep into experiences, preferences, and ideas of these groups. These groups can also be used to review and “test” draft materials and products. Pop-up Events. With Covid restrictions anticipated to be lifted this summer, the Team may look to participate in Farmers Markets or other outdoor events. Interactive tabletop exercises such as image preference voting could be incorporated into general information and questions. Additionally, in- person intercept surveys of outdoor diners (assessing their experience, identifying likes/dislikes, etc.) could be conducted as part of or in addition to pop-up events. We suggest that the City budget an additional $25,000 as a contingency for potential additional services in the Exploration Phase. No additional services or fees beyond the budgets proposed below would be provided or incurred without prior written authorization by the City’s project manager.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time.   • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Labor and Employment Matters (a) Except as set forth in Section 3.25 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, (i) there is no labor strike, material labor dispute, slowdown, stoppage or lockout actually pending, or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and during the past three years there has not been any such action, (ii) no labor organization claims to represent the employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (iii) neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a party to or bound by any collective bargaining or similar agreement governing terms and conditions of employment with any labor organization, (iv) none of the employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is represented by any labor organization and the Company does not have any knowledge of any current organizing activities on behalf of any labor organization among the employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, nor, to the knowledge of the Company, does any question concerning representation exist concerning such employees, (v) there is no pending, or to the knowledge of the Company, threatened material unfair labor practice charge or complaint against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries before the National Labor Relations Board or any similar state or foreign agency, (vi) there is no material grievance arising out of any collective bargaining agreement, (vii) no material charges with respect to or relating to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries are pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or any other agency responsible for the prevention of unlawful employment practices, (viii) neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received notice of the intent of any federal, state, local or foreign agency responsible for the enforcement of labor or employment laws to conduct an investigation with respect to or relating to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and no such investigation is in progress, (ix) the Company has procedures in place for collecting information about employee eligibility on Form I-9, collects such information and follows applicable Laws governing U.S. citizenship in all material respects, and (x) there are no material complaints, lawsuits or other proceedings pending or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened in any forum by or on behalf of any present or former employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries alleging breach of any express or implied contract of employment, any law or regulation governing employment or the termination thereof or other discriminatory, wrongful or tortious conduct in connection with the employment relationship.

  • Employee Who Acts as Representative Where an employee wishes to represent at a meeting with the Employer, an employee who has presented a grievance, the Employer will, where operational requirements permit, grant leave with pay to the representative when the meeting is held in the headquarters area of such employee and leave without pay when the meeting is held outside the headquarters area of such employee.

  • Entire Agreement; Third Party Beneficiaries This Agreement (a) constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof; and (b) shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each party hereto, and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person any right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
