Garages. With written permission from Lessor, Lessee may place a garage on premises. Exact dimensions, building materials, and blueprints must be pre-approved by Lessor. Only those structures meeting the requirements of local building code will be allowed in Cimarron Creek Community. Garage may not be used for habitation.

Garages. (1) Each single-family detached unit, single-family duplex unit and single- family attached unit is required to have a minimum two-car garage which shall be attached to the main structure and shall be of the same or complimentary architectural materials as the primary residence.
(2) Multiple family units are encouraged to have garages, but garages are not required provided that at least one (1) covered parking space is provided for each dwelling unit. Garages may be attached or detached from the primary structure, but the use of attached, recessed garages is strongly encouraged. Front-loaded garages may not protrude beyond the front plane of the main building façade by more than ten (10) feet.

Garages. I Homes with two (2) single car width garage doors facing the street shall have such garage doors separated by a masonry column of no less than twelve inches (12”) in width.

The Buyer covenants and agrees to construct for a single dwelling unit a two (2x) car lock up garage (side by side) and for duplex dwelling units for each unit a single (1x) car lock up garage under the same roof line of the dwelling erected on the Land. The buyer covenants and agrees that any garage, shed or external structure section on the Land that is visible from the street frontage shall be constructed of similar materials to the dwelling design.
Garages. The SUCCESSOR AGENCY shall provide five (5) days written notice of 27 termination to the CONTRACTOR, unless a shorter notice time is reasonable or 28 necessary. (b) Manage the letting policy and tenancy conditions, i.e. what the garages can be used to store;
(c) Manage and maintain the waiting list for garages;
(d) Administer the lettings and tenancies of the garages Implement garage rent charge policy as set by the Council, ensuring effective billing and rent recovery; and
(e) Undertake a regular review of garage sites, particularly where demand is low, to ascertain if better use could be made of the amenity.
