Changing Locks i. Not alter, change or install any locks on any doors or windows in or about the Property or have any additional keys or remote control devices made, except in the case of an Emergency, without the prior written consent of the Landlord, which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. ii. Where consent to change locks is granted, one set of the new keys must immediately be made available to the Landlord and at the end of the Term the Tenant must provide the same number of sets of keys, fobs and other devices for the new locks as were provided by the Landlord at the commencement of the Term. iii. Where any keys the Tenant is responsible for are either lost or stolen, the Tenant shall be liable for the cost of having the relevant lock/s changed for the Property, one set of the new keys must immediately be made available to the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent and at the end of the Term.
