Elevations. For buildings over one story, vertical separation elements to differentiate levels may be appropriate. These may include change of materials, dormers, cornices, or other elements, as approved by the city. Architectural wall variation between units to differentiate dwellings may also be appropriate. These may include vertical articulation, variation of materials or other elements, as approved by the city. Trim and/or shutters is required on all front and side elevations windows unless the design of the building is such that trim and/or shutters is not compatible with the overall architectural style.
Elevations not to construct, erect or install or permit to be constructed, erected or installed on the Lot a dwelling (single or two storey) that does not possess Overhanging Xxxxx to all elevations, provided that the following are exempt from this requirement:

Elevations. By the time construction is completed on the Property, You will, at Your cost, bring the Property to the engineering grade plan elevations required by Seller. Elevations. All the elevations shown on the plans or referred to herein are in feet above mean sea level datum as established by the United States Geological Survey, unless otherwise noted. The Contractor shall verify all the existing structure locations and elevations at points of connection or possible interference between their work and the existing structures and shall report at once to the Engineer any interference’s or discrepancies discovered.

As part of Buyer’s permitting process, Buyer undertakes (i) to provide Seller with proposed elevations and drawings to demonstrate the impact on the Penn Central Mall of the new proposed Hardee’s restaurant to be constructed on the Vacant Land (“New Hardee’s”), (ii) to complete construction of the New Hardees within twelve months after the Closing; and (iii) to follow the required development process established by the City for new commercial construction such as is proposed by Buyer on the Vacant Land.
