GAS/ELECTRIC. University shall arrange to have the utilities turned on prior to Leaseholder’s arrival and turned off on the date Leaseholder vacates the apartment. Leaseholder is responsible for and shall promptly pay the utility providers for all gas and electric bills for the apartment during the Lease term. Gas is included in rental charges for Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx apartments. University shall have no obligation to pay utility bills, and Leaseholder shall hold University harmless from such obligations. Leaseholder shall immediately inform the Family & Graduate Housing office if Leaseholder does not receive the first utility xxxx within 60 calendar days of the Lease start date. Leaseholder is responsible for keeping the utilities on in the apartment. University will xxxx Leaseholder’s University account for all utility charges if utility service is turned off by Leaseholder.

GAS/ELECTRIC. If the child / family present as having no money and are in crisis, the Duty SW will need to request evidence including bank statements to assess the current financial circumstances. The offer of food bank vouchers can be made. GAS/ELECTRIC. Leave instructions for the safe use of your electricity and gas services. Show your house sitter where the relevant meters are as well as the fuse boxes and cut-off switches. Take meter readings on your last day in the property so that your house sitter’s share of the utility bills can be worked out on your return. See section 4, payment for utilities in this agreement.
