General Accounting Services. The General Accounting Section services will include services provided by the General Ledger Unit, including maintenance of accounting records for AUTHORITY’s expenditures, encumbrances, revenues, and balance sheet accounts through the accounting system, input of transactions affecting AUTHORITY’s financial records to the accounting system, and provision of standard reports and on-line reports as normally provided to other County departments and agencies through the County Accounting and Personnel System (CAPS). Any additional reports or system modifications required by AUTHORITY will be charged at incremental cost, including system and labor costs in accordance with Section IV. of this Exhibit A.
General Accounting Services. The General Accounting Section will include services provided by the OCCR Accounting Unit, including maintenance of accounting records for TRUST’s expenditures, encumbrances, revenues, and balance sheet accounts through the accounting system, approve and/or input of transactions affecting TRUST’s financial records to the accounting system, and provision of standard reports and on-line reports as normally provided to other County departments and agencies through the CAPS+ Finance and Purchasing System. The Trust shall timely issue 1099 Forms and report 1099 information to the IRS and Franchise Tax Board for reportable payments. Any additional reports or system modifications required by TRUST will be charged at incremental cost, including system and labor costs in accordance with Subparagraph VI.
General Accounting Services. The General Accounting Section will include services provided by the General Accounting Unit, including maintenance of accounting records for AUTHORITY’s expenditures, encumbrances, revenues, and balance sheet accounts through the accounting system, approve and/or input of transactions affecting AUTHORITY’s financial records to the accounting system, and provision of standard reports and on-line reports as normally provided to other County departments and agencies through the CAPS+ Finance and Purchasing System. Any additional reports or system modifications required by AUTHORITY will be charged at incremental cost, including system and labor costs in accordance with Subparagraph 8.4.
General Accounting Services. ARI shall provide all reasonable and necessary, routine and ordinary accounting services to Charter School, such as establishing a chart of accounts, account code structure and financial ledgers; maintenance of all financial transactions; processing of funds, budget, and expenditure transfers; preparation of needed local, state, and federal financial reports including cash flow and balance sheets; and other reports as applicable. ARI will prepare, with Charter School assistance, annual unaudited actual expenditures report as required by the State of California. ARI will prepare reports in draft for Charter School consideration and review no later than one (1) week prior to Charter School required submission date. ARI will provide final reports for Charter School submission as required no later than two (2) days prior to Charter School required submission date.
General Accounting Services. SFS accountants assist client agencies in preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess and ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to accounting, reporting and procedural standards. a) Accounting services Create and maintain client agencies’ accounting structure profiles, based on their reporting requirements. Allocation of revenue and expenditures to appropriate general and subsidiary ledger accounts. Provide consultation and monthly standard Datamart reports specific to customers’ need (e.g., balance sheet, transaction register and revenue expenditure reports). Perform monthly cash reconciliation of Treasury accounts. Perform monthly reconciliation and posting of investment details to appropriate general ledger accounts. Perform monthly reconciliation of any subsidiary systems for sales, revenue or expenditures to the statewide accounting system, Statewide Financial Management Application (SFMA). Archive accounting documents per record retention schedules. b) Reporting Provide consultation and advisory services on regulatory and financial reports. Ensure customer agencies comply with federal reporting requirements by preparing and all required federal and CFO - compliant financial statements and reports and submitting them to the Statewide Accounting & Reporting Services (SARS) unit within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer within the established due dates. o Develop and submit customer agency´s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). o Develop and submit annual statewide cost allocation plan for compliance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-87. o Perform annual sub-recipient monitoring and audit reviews under OMB Circular A-133 and submit Schedule of Expenditure of Federal Awards (SEFA) report.

The COUNTY Auditor-Controller will provide accounting services, including but not limited to establishment of funds in the COUNTY’s financial system, establishing chart of account elements, maintenance of accounting records for LACAHSA’s expenditures, revenues, and balance sheet accounts through the COUNTY Auditor-Controller accounting system, approve and/or input of transactions affecting LACAHSA’s financial records to the accounting system, reconciliation of all funds established for LACAHSA purposes, and provision of standard reports and on-line reports as normally provided to other COUNTY departments and agencies through the eCAPS System.
