R ecords. The City and the Trustee retain the following records with the Certificate documents until three years after the last outstanding Certificate is redeemed:
R ecords. Records of Contractor’s costs, reimbursable expenses pertaining to the Project and payments shall be available to Owner or its authorized representative during business hours and shall be retained for four (4) years after final Payment or abandonment of the Project, unless Owner otherwise instructs Contractor in writing.
R ecords. Licensee shall maintain detailed and accurate records with respect to the assets of the Funds and any of Licensee’s payments to MSCI hereunder. During the term of the Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after its termination, Licensee, upon written request by MSCI, shall provide access to such records during normal business hours to MSCI and/or an independent accounting organization chosen and compensated by MSCI. Licensee shall promptly pay any underreported license fees and all other amounts due hereunder determined by such audit plus interest thereon at a rate of ***********, or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, for the period of time during which such amount was owed and unpaid. If such audit reveals an underpayment in excess of *********** of the amount due hereunder, then Licensee shall also pay for the reasonable cost of such audit.
R ecords. Licensee shall maintain detailed and accurate records with respect to the assets of the Funds and any of Licensee’s payment to MSCI hereunder. R ecords. The School agrees to maintain financial records in accordance with the appropriate governmental accounting method and to make such records available promptly to the District upon request.
R ecords. Kirkhaven shall keep such records on the Resident as are required by applicable laws and regulations. Kirkhaven shall maintain the confidentiality of the Resident's records. However, Kirkhaven is authorized by the Resident to disclose information from Resident's records to representatives of the State Health Department and other governmental bodies when required, appropriate health care professionals and personnel treating Resident, and as required by third-party contract payors. Kirkhaven is also authorized by the Resident to electronically submit standardized resident assessment information to the State and Federal government to be used for the purpose of evaluating and improving the quality of care provided by nursing homes that participate in Medicare and Medicaid.
R ecords. The Contractor shall maintain detailed time records that indicate the date, time, and nature of services rendered during the term of this Contract. The Contractor shall retain the records for a period of at least five (5) years after the date of final payment under this contract. The records shall be subject to inspection by the Agency and the State Auditor. The Agency and the State Auditor shall have the right to audit xxxxxxxx both before and after payment. Payment under this Contract shall not foreclose the right of the Agency or the State Auditor on behalf of the Agency to recover excessive or illegal payments.
R ecords. In the event that this agreement is terminated, or expires without extension or renewal and without executing a new, similar agreement, CHS shall provide to the CITY all financial, payroll, and performance records related to the expenditure of CITY funds and its obligations under this Agreement. CHS’s Board of Directors will retain copies of these records. A RTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CITY
R ecords. WCG shall maintain complete, true and correct records relating to all the Services performed under the SOW for as long as required by applicable law.
