General Holiday on Day Off. In the event a General Holiday falls on a day an employee is not scheduled to work or is on vacation, but who has qualified for holiday pay under Article 5.02, she/he will either be paid holiday pay for that day, or have the average number of hours (excluding overtime) worked per shift during the previous two (2) pay periods accrued as banked hours.
