GENERAL NOTICE. (a) You will promptly notify us of any accident, injury, property or environmental damage that occurs during the provision of the Milk. All lost time incidents must be immediately notified to us. (b) Within 5 Business Days of any such incident, you will provide us with a report giving complete details of the incident, including results of investigations into its cause, and any recommendations or strategies for future prevention.
