General Operational Staff. Cooking, Catering, Housekeeping, Laundry and Caretaking Staff (a) The ordinary hours of work for General Operational Staff (except Cleaners) classified according to clause 12.1(d) is exclusive of meal breaks. The ordinary hours shall be worked on any day from Monday to Sunday between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm. (b) The provisions of clause 23.3 shall apply in relation to ordinary hours worked by General Operational Staff (except Cleaners) on Saturday and Sunday.
