General Support Staff. Characteristics Employees at the lower level of Grade 1 may include the initial recruit who may have limited relevant experience. Initially, work is performed under close direction using established practices, procedures and instructions. Employees may undergo customer-training programmes and adequate pass levels are expected. Assessment to be made at the end of 3 months or earlier at the RM’s discretion. Such employees perform routine clerical and office functions requiring an understanding of clear, straightforward rules or procedures and may be required to operate certain office equipment. Problems can usually be solved by reference to established practices, procedures and instructions. Employees at this level are responsible and accountable for their own work within established routines, methods and procedures and the less experienced employee’s work may be subject to checking at all stages. Employees at the higher level of Grade 1 are capable of working autonomously and prioritising their work within established policies guidelines and procedures. They work either individually or in a team and while performing their duties are under general supervision. Responsible for their timeliness and effectiveness. Works individually whilst on the run and otherwise as part of a team. This level caters for the employees who have a basic understanding of hospital processes and had sufficient experience and/or training to enable them to carry out their assigned duties under general direction. Employees at this level are responsible and accountable for their own work, which is performed within established guidelines. In some situations detailed instructions may be necessary. This may require the employee to exercise limited judgement and initiative within the range of their skills and knowledge. The work of these employees may be subject to final checking and as required progress checking. Such employees may be required to check the work and / or provide guidance to other employees at a lower level and / or provide assistance to less experienced employees at the same level.   • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:

  • Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant. Consultant will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by City, throughout the performance of this Agreement to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the Scope of Services. If City objects, with reasonable cause, to any of Consultant’s staff, Consultant must take prompt corrective action acceptable to City and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel agreed to by City.
