General Use of Facilities. The facilities of Trinity UMCLV are available to all to organizations with the advance approval of the Event Coordinator or Event Coordinator's designated representative. Use of the buildings, property and facilities may be restricted by action of the Event Coordinator or designated representative en an organization or individual misuses them. A designated person must be responsible to see that: All areas are clean All lights are out Windows shut and locked Doors of hall, lavatories, or other buildings locked Groups may not charge admission on the site, but may advertise a "suggested donation" for events. If the event is a concert, certain limitations may apply. please contact the office administrator for details.
General Use of Facilities. The south gym at the Ellendale Elementary School will be available for use by an outside group/club/association. • Door # 8 is the only door available for use. • The nearest set of double doors must remain closed to isolate the area in use. • The boys & girls bathrooms in that location are available for use. • The locker rooms are not available for use for changing/showering. • There must be a School District employee available during all practice times to oversee the cleaning/sanitization & securement of the building if needed. The middle school gym at the New Richland Secondary School will be available for use by an outside group/club/association. • Door #6 is the only door available for use. • The nearest set of double doors must remain closed to isolate the area in use. • The boys & girls bathrooms in that location are available for use. • The locker rooms are not available for use and will be locked. • There must be a School District employee available during all practice times to oversee the cleaning/sanitization & securement of the building if needed. The wrestling room at the New Richland Secondary School will be made available for use by the youth wrestling club. • Door #13 is the only door available for use. • The boys bathroom in the basement will be available for use. • The women’s bathroom next to the High School Gym will be available for use. • The locker rooms are not available for use for changing/showering. • Practice will not be allowed on days when there are 7-12th grade meets. • There must be a School District employee available during all practice times to oversee the cleaning/sanitization & securement of the building if needed.
