Practice Times. 6.1. The Corporation/Wolves shall be permitted access to and use of the ice surface for practice sessions in 1.5 hour increments, subject to availability, and in accordance with a schedule established between the Town and the Corporation/Wolves pursuant to section 3.1 hereof.
Practice Times. Head coaches, in coordination with the Athletic Director, will determine practice date and times. All program coaches will work in good faith to coordinate facilities so that there is equal access to facilities and equal access to available times. Coaches that are employees with the district (certificated and classified) will not conduct practices during school and/or district directed time during Mandatory Days and/or Waiver Days. The District will in good faith get the schedule of the Mandatory Days and Waiver Days out in a timely manner for coaches to prepare. The District and the Association will work in good faith to collaborate solutions if there is a need to adjust the times in specific situations.

NLU will have access to the PHSDAC for practice during the following times: Monday - Friday During HS Swim Season Aug 1- Feb 28 ● NLU may hold practice any morning, Monday-Friday, prior to 7AM. All morning practices must be coordinated with Park Hill High School and Park Hill South High School swim coaches. ● NLU will have access to six (6) swim lanes and the diving well beginning at 5:45PM Monday-Friday. ● NLU must conclude all evening practices by 7:15PM on Monday- Friday. ● PHSD encourages all NLU coaches to end practices at 7:10PM so that swimmers have adequate time to gather their belongings and return all equipment to the proper location. Monday-Friday March 1- July 31 ● NLU may hold practice any morning, Monday-Friday, prior to 7AM. ● NLU will have access to six (6) swim lanes and the diving well beginning at 4:30PM. ● NLU must conclude all evening practices by 6:30PM on Monday-Thursday, and by 7:00PM on Friday. ● PHSD encourages all NLU coaches to end practices at 6:25PM so that swimmers have adequate time to gather their belongings and return all equipment to the proper location.
Practice Times. Practices are scheduled for one and a half hours (1.5 hours) on Tuesday and Thursday nights, the practice charge is included with Flat Fee (refer #1 above). A charge at the regular rate will be levied if this practice is not canceled within 48 hours.

The practice charge is included with flat game fees. To be consistent with the Town of Amherst Ice Allocation Policy, a charge at the regular prime time rental rate + HST applicable at the time of the cancellation will be levied if this practice is not canceled within 48 hours. This notice period is required to allow the Town ample time to try to rent the ice to a 3rd party. If agreed on by the Facility Manager and the Xxxxxxx Xx. Ramblers practice times may vary.
