GMP Established. The Construction Manager’s guaranteed maximum price for the Municipal Court portion of the Work inclusive of all subcontracts, lump sum self- perform amounts, including allowances and contingencies and the Construction Manager’s fee, is hereby agreed to be $3,500,000. The GMP is the total compensation from the City Contract No. K-1920-133 Amendment No. 4 for its fee for the performance of the work in accordance with Contract Documents and pursuant to any of the following documents, as applicable:

GMP Established. The Construction Manager’s guaranteed maximum price (the “Preliminary Processes GMP”) for the Preliminary Processes Work, including the applicable portion of the Cost of the Work as defined in Subsection 3.3(B) of the Agreement and the 3129809.1 applicable portion of the Construction Fee as set forth in Subsection 3.4 of the Agreement, but specifically not including the Pre-Construction Phase Fee set forth in subsection 3.3 of the Agreement, is hereby agreed to be $1,242,882.00.
