Implement a public health approach to substance use prevention and behavioral health- related issues that incorporates Social Determinants of Health, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and Positive Childhood Experiences. X. Xxxxxx healthy communities by preventing the negative outcomes associated with substance use and promoting behavioral health and wellness in youth, families, and communities across Texas.
