GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. The following provisions regarding equal opportunity, and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and executive orders specifically related thereto, including applicable provisions and sections from the Federal Acquisition Regulation and all supplements thereto are incorporated in this Agreement as they apply to work performed under specific U.S. Government contracts: 41 CFR 60-1.4, Equal Opportunity; 41 CFR 60-1.7, Reports and Other Required Information; 41 CFR 60-1.8, Segregated Facilities; 41 CFR 60-250.4, Affirmative Action For Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (if in excess of $10,000); and 41 CFR 60-741.4, Affirmative Action for Disabled Workers (if in excess of $2,500), wherein the terms "contractor"
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. TI products are often used by our customers for end applications purchased by the U.S. Government. In such situations, U.S. Government procurement regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) (collectively “Government Procurement Regulations”), may apply to TI’s sale of our products. In the event that Seller’s goods and/or services are used in relation to such TI products, TI may be required to flow down to Seller certain Government Procurement Regulations. At a minimum, Xxxxxx agrees to comply with the provisions of 18 C.F.R. §52.244-6 (Subcontracts for Commercial Items; also found at FAR 52.244-6). Xxxxxx also agrees to comply with other Government Procurement Regulations that TI identifies as a requirement for TI’s purchases of Seller’s goods and/or services. Any Government Procurement Regulation clause, which by its terms is required to be included in a U.S. Government subcontract for TI products, is hereby incorporated into these terms and conditions when applicable.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. Purchase Orders which specify either a government contract number or otherwise indicate that one or more items specified in this Purchase Order will be used to satisfy a government contract or subcontract shall be subject to and deemed to fully incorporate all clauses and provisions which are contained in such contracts and subcontracts which are applicable to Seller.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS a. To the extent that Supplier’s performance is subject to certain executive orders (including E.O. 11246 and E.O. 13201) and statutes (including Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; the Vietnam Era Veteran’s Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974; Section 8116 of the Defense Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Pub. L. 111-118); and the Jobs for Veterans Act) pertaining to government contractors, Supplier shall:
1. comply with such executive orders and statutes, and their implementing regulations, as amended from time to time; and
2. fulfill the obligations of a contractor under the clauses incorporated by this Section.
b. This Section incorporates the following statutes and rules:
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. Purchase Orders which specify either a government contract number or otherwise indicate that one or more items specified in this Purchase Order will be used to satisfy a government contract or subcontract shall be subject to and deemed to fully incorporate all clauses and provisions which are contained in such contracts and subcontracts which are applicable to Seller. The attached Appendix contains a list of those clauses to be flowed down from Buyer or Buyer’s customers’ contract(s) with the U.S. Government. Any failure to indicate that a clause is flowed down in the attached Appendix does not nullify the incorporation of such clause, per this provision.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. If this Purchase Order references a U.S. Government contract or subcontract number, the following clauses of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in effect in the prime contract referenced on the front of this Purchase Order are incorporated by reference and will prevail in the event of any inconsistency with the foregoing terms and conditions. Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) requirements are those in effect on the date of subcontract award or final agreement on price, whichever is earlier. If this PO is being placed in fulfillment of an NCR Voyix contract with a federal, state, or local government entity, all provisions required by such contract to be included herein are hereby incorporated by reference with the same force and effect as if they were included in full text.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. Without limiting the foregoing, the following clauses will be deemed included in this order: 48 CFR 52.222-26, Equal Xxxxxxxxxxx; 00 XXX 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and 48 CFR 52.222- 36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities. In connection therewith, the term "Supplier" will be substituted for "Contractor" unless the context otherwise requires.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. If this order indicates that it has been issued under a Department of Defense prime contract or subcontract thereunder, the Seller agrees that the following provisions or clauses shall apply and will prevail in the event of any inconsistency with the forgoing terms and conditions. Seller agrees to flow down the below listed Government Contract provisions or clauses to all sub-tier Sellers supporting the effort of the Seller providing materials and/or services to Sechan Electronics. It is the responsibility of the Seller to confirm conformance of their sub-tier Sellers to the applicable Government Contract Provisions.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT PROVISIONS. If an Order contains a notation that Product or Service is intended for use under a government contract, it shall be subject to the then current government contract provisions printed on or attached to such Order.
