Government Funded Traineeships. AT A GLANCE This clause applies to Council and employees undertaking government funded traineeships. Government funded traineeships arise intermittently and are subject to state government funding and specific arrangements. You will be paid in accordance with the conditions of the government funded traineeship.

  • Employer Grievances Any grievance instituted by the Employer may be referred in writing to the Chairperson of the Grievance Committee within ten (10) full working days of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance. The Grievance Committee shall meet with the Employer to consider the grievance. The Grievance Committee will render its decision in writing within twenty-five (25) working days of receipt of the grievance. If final settlement of the grievance is not reached the grievance may be referred, by either Party, to a Board of Arbitration as provided in Article 8 at any time within thirty (30) calendar days thereafter, but no later.

  • Government and Service Employees' Union The leave shall be for a period of three years and shall be renewed upon request.

  • Employer Grievance The Employer may institute a grievance by delivering the same in writing to the President of the Local Union and the President shall answer such grievance in writing within five working (5) days. If the answer is not acceptable to the Employer, the Employer may, within ten (10) working days from the day the President gives her answer, give ten (10) working days notice to the President of the Local Union of its intention to refer the dispute to arbitration.

  • Government Programs The Property is subject to the government programs listed below or on the attached exhibit: . Seller shall provide Buyer with copies of all governmental program agreements. Any allocation or proration of payment under governmental programs is made by separate agreement between the parties which will survive closing.

  • Policy Grievance – Employer Grievance The Employer may institute a grievance alleging a general misinterpretation or violation by the Union or any employee by filing a written grievance with the Bargaining Unit President, with a copy to the Labour Relations Officer within twenty (20) days after the circumstances have occurred. A meeting will be held between the parties within ten (10) days. The Union shall reply within ten (10) days after the meeting, and failing settlement, the matter may be referred to arbitration.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Government Users If the user or licensee of this commercial computer software is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government, the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of this software, or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data and manuals, is restricted by a license agreement or by the terms of this contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian purposes and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military purposes. This product was developed fully at private expense. All other use is prohibited.
