GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTION. If so specified in this Purchase Order, the supplies on this Purchase Order are subject to Government inspection at the point of manufacture prior to shipment from Seller’s plant in accordance with FAA or Government regulations. A Government representative should be notified at least two (2) workdays in advance of the time articles or processes are ready for inspection if the Government representative is in residence and seven (7) workdays otherwise. A copy of this Purchase Order must be furnished to the Government inspector who normally services Seller’s plant so appropriate planning for Government inspection can be accomplished or to the nearest inspection office in Seller’s locality. In the event the inspector or office cannot be located, Xxxxxx should be notified immediately.
GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTION. Government Source Inspection is required prior to shipment of any item on this purchase order. Upon receipt of this purchase order, promptly furnish a copy of this purchase order to the Government Representative that normally services your facility and arrange source inspection. Contact the Isimac Buyer immediately if you cannot locate a government representative. Section I: Certification

Upon receipt of this order, promptly notify the Government Representative who normally services your facility, or the Regional DCAS office, so that appropriate planning for Government inspection can be initiated in a timely fashion. On receipt of this order, promptly furnish a copy to the Government Representative who normally services your plant or, if none, to the nearest Army, Navy, Air Force, or Defense Supply Agency inspection office. In the event the representative or office cannot be located, our purchasing agent should be notified immediately.
GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTION. If notified that Government. Source Inspection is required prior to shipment from your plant to the Buyer, the following must be done: Upon receipt of this order promptly ( not later than 48 hours) notify and furnish a copy of this PO to the Government Representative who normally services your plant so that appropriate planning can begin. If a Government Representative does not service your plant contact the Army, Air force, Navy or Defense Supply Agency inspection office. In the event one cannot be located notify us immediately

Upon receipt of this contract, promptly notify and furnish a copy to the Government representative normally servicing your plant so that Government inspection can be appropriately planned. If a Government representative does not service your plant, contact the nearest District Administration Services Office (DCASO). If you cannot locate the DCASO, notify Buyer immediately.
GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTION. Government inspection is required prior to shipment from your plant. Upon receipt of this order, promptly notify the Government Representative who normally services your plant so that appropriate planning for Government inspection can be accomplished. You are required to provide an acceptable inspection area for the Government Representative.
GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTION. Government Source Inspection/test is required prior to shipment from your facility. Upon receipt of this order the seller shall immediately notify the government representative who services your facility so appropriate planning for government inspection can be accomplished. If a government representative does not service your facility, contact the Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC) for direction. Q202 BUYER SOURCE INSPECTION Strata-G source inspection/test is required prior to shipment from your facility. Notify the applicable Strata-G Purchasing Representative five (5) working days in advance of the date when material is ready for inspection/test. If the material is not ready for STRATA-G review when called for, the Seller may be liable for all expenses incurred by STRATA-G surveillance personnel. Inspection at the Seller’s facility does not guarantee final acceptance at Strata-G unless otherwise specified on the purchase order.
GOVERNMENT SOURCE INSPECTION. Should the buyer require Government Source Inspection, it is necessary that the buyer supply the information specifically stated on the purchase order. A letter of prime contract number noted therein at least seven days prior to the program being initiated is required. Such notification is the requirement of the Department of Defense and must be furnished to MCI for transmittal to the appropriate inspector, who is qualified DCASD inspector. Government inspection cannot be provided unless the buyer complies with these requirements.
