GRADE ONE. 8.1.1 A Grade 1 position is described as follows (i) The employee may work under direct supervision with regular checking of progress. (ii) An employee at this grade applies knowledge and skills to a limited range of tasks. The choice of actions required is clear. (iii) Usually work will be performed within established routines, methods and procedures that are predictable, and which may require the exercise of limited discretion. 8.1.2 Indicative tasks of a Grade 1 position are: Unit Element Information Handling Receive and distribute incoming mail Receive and dispatch outgoing mail Collate and dispatch documents for bulk mailing File and retrieve documents Communication Receive and relay oral and written messages Complete simple forms Enterprise Identify key functions and personnel Apply office procedures Technology Operate office equipment appropriate to the tasks to be completed Open computer file, retrieve and copy data Close files Organisational Plan and organise a personal daily work routine Team Complete allocated tasks Business Financial Record xxxxx cash transactions Prepare banking documents Prepare business source documents

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Effective Date and Allocations If the Aggregate Commitments are increased in accordance with this Section, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall determine the effective date (the “Increase Effective Date”) and the final allocation of such increase.   • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.

  • Monthly Investor Report On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will deliver the Monthly Investor Report to each Noteholder of record as of the most recent Record Date (which delivery may be made by e-mail to the e-mail addresses in the Note Register without need for confirmation of receipt or by making the report available to the Noteholders through the Indenture Trustee’s website, which initially is located at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx).
