Common use of Grading and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Grading and Reporting. Report cards will be issued K-12 twice a year, at the end of the first semester in January and at the end of the school year in June. Elementary teachers will share student progress at Fall and Spring Conferences as well. Secondary teachers will be expected to enter grades into EA+ at a minimum every two weeks. For grades 6- 12, progress reports will be sent home at nine (9) weeks and at twenty-seven (27) weeks by school administrators.
