Graduate Students. This includes any graduate (masters or doctoral) student who is currently enrolled at North Dakota State University, and has completed a bachelor’s degree program.
Graduate Students. 19.1. In the event of cessation of studies, for any reason whatsoever, including vacations, completion of the degree, etc., I shall be required to notify the graduate school of this in writing and vacate the dormitories within 14 days of the date of the letter of notification regarding the termination of my studies. I am aware that I shall be charged rental (permit fee) in accordance with Section 11, above.
Graduate Students. Full-time, matriculated, campus-based graduate students enrolled in a Masters or PhD programme are eligible to apply for accommodation in the Halls of Residence. Every Resident who is an international Student shall ensure that his/her Student’s Pass is valid throughout the Stipulated Period of Hall Stay. Any international Student without a valid Student Pass shall have his or her Hall stay terminated, and shall face action by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). Every Resident who resides in a designated spouse room/family apartment, which permits the spouse and/or children (maximum of two children) to occupy the Room with the Resident, shall ensure that only the Resident’s spouse and/or children are registered as joint occupants to the Room.
Graduate Students. Must be enrolled in a minimum of eight units or as a Terminal Graduate Registrant (TGR). • Graduate students who are approved to enroll in a graduation quarter through the Office of the Registrar are eligible to continue their housing agreement but also can file a termination of occupancy to end their contract. • Graduate students who are approved to have a reduced course load (minimum of 3 units) through the Office of Accessible Education are eligible to continue their housing agreement but also can file a termination of occupancy to end their contract. • Graduate students can stay in housing without being enrolled by having an approved petition as follows:
Graduate Students. The graduate applicant shall be a full-time student earning not less than 12 credit hours per semester. With a Grade Point Average (GPA) of no less than 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 at the end of regular semester or quarter, or if funds are available, no less than 6 credit hours per semester with a GPA of 2.5 at the end of each summer session.
Graduate Students. Via meetings and collaborations, AGL assists Members in becoming acquainted with graduate students, who as part of their education and training, are involved in research at UH/AGL. Members may consider such students as possible candidates for future employment, at the sole discretion of any Member.

Graduate Students. Since 1998-99, the administra- tive memorandum has specified that all graduate students enrolled under the reciprocity program at institutions in either state are required to pay the higher of the two states' resident tuition rate. For example, in the 2004-05 academic year, graduate student tuition at UM-Twin Cities and UM-Duluth is higher than at UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee respectively. Therefore, a Wisconsin resident en- rolled as a graduate student at UM-Twin Cities or UM-Duluth in that year pays the same tuition rate as a Minnesota resident. Prior to the 1998-99 aca- demic year, the student would have paid the graduate tuition rate at UW-Madison or UW- Milwaukee. Because Wisconsin's 2004-05 resident tuition rate for graduate students at the compre- hensive campuses is higher than the tuition charged at the Minnesota State Universities, the Wisconsin rate is paid by all graduate students en-
Graduate Students. Admission into a Master’s or PhD program shall require a bachelor’s degree (e.g. BS, DMD, DVM) , or relevant master’s degree (e.g. MS, MA) with good academic records from a recognised institution of higher learning. Individual Degree Granting Units may specify what degrees qualify as relevant. A full time student may enrol in a minimum of nine (9) units or a maximum of twelve (12) units of course work per semester and not more than six (6) units during the short term. A part-time student can enrol in a maximum of eight (8) units per semester and not more than six (6 units) also during the mid-year term. Students must be officially enrolled for a least one (1) academic year prior to the conferment of a PhD or master’s degree. Students are in residence when they are registered for course work in the campus or are at work in absentia, with prior approval by the particular Department/Academic Graduate Program Committee.
