The Grantee shall use the Grant Manager system as directed by the Department to complete fiscal processes associated with this Contract such as the online submission of the budget application, grant plans, and program expenditure reports. The Grantee shall submit a Grant Manager User Authorization Form in the format specified by the Department in order to gain secure access to the Grant Manager system. The Department shall establish the minimum system requirements necessary for the Grantee to access the online application.
