Granting of Compensatory Time Off. Compensatory time off shall be granted subject to the operational needs of the facility. If compensatory time off is denied based on operational needs, then the employee shall have the requested amount of time off converted to cash payment at the employee’s current regular rate of pay. Compensatory time off shall not be unreasonably denied in accordance with FLSA standards.
