Granting of Compensatory Time Off. Employees will be allowed to use compensatory time upon request provided such use does not unduly disrupt City operations. The Department Head may deny an Employee’s compensatory time request if the absence of the Employee would impose an unreasonable burden on the City’s ability to meet its obligations.
