GRIEVANCE BOARD. Section 1. There is hereby established a Masonry Joint Arbitration Board to consist of four (4) members; two (2) to be appointed to serve by the Marble Dealers Of Northern California, and two (2) to be appointed to serve by the Union, for such terms as will be determined by each of the parties hereto.
