Common use of Grievance Definition Clause in Contracts

Grievance Definition. A “grievance” is defined as any question or controversy between any Professional Staff Member or the ASSOCIATION with the BOARD and/or the ADMINISTRATION concerning the interpretation, application of, compliance with or noncompliance with the provisions of this CONTRACT.
