Grievance Definition. A grievance shall mean a dispute regarding the meaning or implementation of the provisions of this Agreement brought by the AFHC. The AFHC may not grieve issues outside the scope of this Agreement, including but not limited to selection or termination of an adult family home provider by a consumer, and/or any action taken by the consumer.
