Grievance Details. All grievances shall be in writing providing the date of the alleged violation, the name(s) of Employees involved and the clause(s) of the Collective Agreement which apply to the alleged violation. Lack of such information shall not void the grievance nor shall any inaccuracies prejudice the grievance.
