The Director of Human Resources or designate and the Departmental Shop Xxxxxxx or the Local Chairperson or designate shall meet within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of the grievance.
Grievance On Discipline. An employee who considers himself to be wrongfully or unjustly discharged, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, shall be entitled to initiate the grievance at Step 3. However, the 30-day time limit shall not be omitted.
