Common use of Grievance Step One Clause in Contracts

Grievance Step One. A Bargaining Unit Faculty Member(s) or the AAUP-WSU may file a grievance with the Associate Xxxxxxx for Faculty and Staff Affairs not later than forty (40) days after the event giving rise to the grievance or no later than forty (40) days after the Grievant knew or reasonably should have known of the event giving rise to the grievance.
