Grievances filed by the Employer. Step 1: The Employer shall transmit in writing full particulars of its grievance to the President of the Union. Within seven (7) working days, representatives of the Union will meet with representatives of the Employer to consider the grievance. Step 2: If not settled within fourteen (14) working days by the Union to the Employer’s satisfaction, the Employer may, within twenty-one (21) working days refer the matter to arbitration.
