Grievances of the Corporation. Where the Corporation wishes to present a grievance, it shall be transmitted to a national officer of the Union and clauses 9.06 to 9.12 shall apply with the necessary changes. Any grievance of the Corporation referred to arbitration shall be heard by a single arbitrator from the national list in clause 9.14 and under the formal arbitration procedure. Clauses 9.15 to 9.17 and 9.20 to 9.23 shall then apply with the necessary changes.
