GROUND MAINTENANCE. The Tenant shall maintain the Premises in reasonably neat, clean, and orderly condition.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits and insurance to perform all services required under this agreement.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. Major grounds maintenance will be the responsibility of the Government. The Government will also be responsible for the removal of all snow and ice buildup on the sidewalk and access areas around the dining facility including access to the dumpsters, not to exceed 50 feet from the loading/unloading platform and 20 feet from the dining facility entrance ways, as required by weather conditions. The Government will also cut grass, edge grass, clean, weed garden areas, and prune shrubs for the dining facility building.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. Tenant, at its own cost, shall maintain the grounds of the Premises, including but not limited to snow and ice removal, landscaping, mowing and any other maintenance necessary to preserve the ground of the Premises in the condition as of the Commencement Date. Upon expiration or termination of the term of this Lease, Tenant shall return the grounds of the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed on the Commencement Date.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. A. Grass, xxxxxx, shrubs, vines and mass planting of any type on each lot shall be kept trimmed and shall at regular intervals be mowed, trimmed and cut so as to maintain the same in a neat and attractive manner. Trees, shrubs, vines and plants which die shall be promptly removed and replaced with living plants of like kind and quality.
B. No weeds, vegetation, rubbish, debris, garbage, objects, waste materials, or materials of any kind whatsoever shall be placed or permitted to accumulate upon any portion of a lot, which would render it unsanitary, unsightly, offensive, or detrimental to any property in the vicinity thereof or to the occupants of any such property in such vicinity.
C. No building material of any kind or character shall be placed or stored upon any lot so as to be open to view by the public or neighbors, unless such material will be used and is used within three (3) months for the construction of buildings or structures upon the lot upon which the material is stored.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. The Council has contractors to undertake the maintenance of the grass and some gardens. Tenants are free and encouraged to maintain and plant the gardens surrounding the unit. Please notify Council if you do not wish to maintain the garden or it has become too difficult to maintain.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. The Lessor will keep the land immediately surrounding the Building in a clean and tidy state.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. 5.1 The Tenant will maintain the grounds of the Premises in a neat and tidy condition; which includes regularly cutting the grass.
5.2 The Tenant will take all reasonable steps to keep sidewalks, steps and driveways on the Premises clear of snow, ice and any obstruction in accordance with all local laws, rules, regulations or ordinances.
GROUND MAINTENANCE. 3.1 Ground maintenance periods on shared grounds will commence the week commencing Monday 5 October 2020, unless competition fixtures allow an earlier start date.
3.2 Ground maintenance periods on non-shared sports grounds used by winter sports will commence at a date determined as per point 1.2.
