GROUNDWATER, LEACHATE AND SURFACE WATER MONITORING. REPORT SEMI-ANNUALLY Groundwater, surface water, leachate and seepage monitoring points shall be monitored as outlined below on Table 1 and Table 2 and shown on Figure 1 (Attached). During the wet season (October through April), estimate or calculate the volume of storm water discharge from each outfall and collect and analyze samples of storm water discharge from two storm events during each wet season which produce significant storm water discharge as defined in State Water Resources Control Board Order No. 92-12-DWQ (General Permit for Storm Water Discharges). The samples must be analyzed for: - pH, total suspended solids (TSS), specific conductance, and total organic carbon (TOC). - Toxic chemicals and other pollutants that are likely to be present in storm water discharge in significant quantities.   • Water Provide hot water for lavatory purposes and cold water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes.

  • Underground Tanks If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks.

  • Environmental, Health and Safety The Policy Board shall review, approve and monitor environmental and workplace health and safety guidelines, the goal of which is to achieve compliance with current national, state and local laws and regulations regarding environmental and workplace health and safety.

  • Environmental, Health and Safety Matters (a) The Company has complied and is in compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety Requirements.

  • Site The Generating Facility is located on approximately 10 acres with an address of 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx in Xxxxxx Tree, San Bernardino County in California. The centroid of the solar array is 34.1383°N, -116.2262°W. The site is dedicated to the Generating Facility use only.

  • Environmental Site Assessments Upon request by Landlord during the Term of this Lease, prior to the exercise of any renewal Term and/or prior to vacating the Premises, Tenant will obtain and submit to Landlord an environmental site assessment from an environmental consulting company reasonably acceptable to Landlord.

  • Waste and Nuisance The Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste on the leased premises, nor shall he maintain, commit, or permit the maintenance or commission of any nuisance on the leased premises.

  • Excavation If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem reasonably necessary to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord (except in the case of Landlord Parties’ willful misconduct or gross negligence) and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease. Any such work must be conducted in a manner that minimizes disruption and inconvenience to Tenant.
