Group Life Insurance and A. D.&D. - For those working four (4) hours per day as a normal shift, $6,000 coverage. Those working more or less will have the amount of coverage pro-rated according to the terms of the policy.

Group Life Insurance and A. D. & D 16.01 Effective September 1, 2002, the Company will provide Sixty Thousand ($60,000) dollars of life insurance and Sixty Thousand ($60,000) dollars of A.D. & D. coverage for each employee while actively employed. Effective on September 1, 2003, the coverage will increase to Seventy Thousand ($70,000) dollars and Seventy Thousand ($70,000) dollars of A.D. & D. coverage. Effective on September 1, 2005, the coverage will increase to Eighty Thousand ($80,000) dollars and Eighty Thousand ($80,000) dollars of A.D. & D. coverage. The Company will pay fifty percent (50%) of the premium cost and the cost to the employee will not exceed thirty ($.30) cents per One Thousand ($1,000) dollars per month. An employee is eligible for group life insurance upon accumulating sixty-five (65) days seniority with the Company. The terms and conditions of this Plan are as per the Domtar Forest Products (White River Sawmill) Group Life Insurance Plan, which forms part of this Agreement.
